SafeSchool is a digital system for Swedish schools to manage incidents, harassment cases, and parent communication. We're looking for 5–10 schools who want to test it and help us build the right product. Pilot partners get direct access to the team and pay nothing during the test period.

Free during the pilot

Pilot schools pay nothing during the test period, from pilot start Q3 2026 through launch Q4 2026. You'll then be offered a preferential rate as a thank-you for your time and contributions.

Personal support, no queues

Direct contact with the SafeSchool team, not a support ticket queue. We're available by email and phone and help you quickly whenever you need it.

Kick-off meeting (1 hour)

We walk through SafeSchool, your needs, and how the pilot works. No preparation required.

Real case testing

You use SafeSchool for actual incidents at your school during the test period (or in a sandbox environment if you prefer).

Bi-weekly feedback sessions (30 min)

Short check-ins where you tell us what's working and what can be improved. Your input is turned directly into improvements.

Closing evaluation

At the end of the pilot we summarise what worked and what we'll build next. You receive a preferential offer to continue.
